Mark has owned the Agency since 2009. Mark has over 35 years’ experience as a Michigan licensed insurance agent with an extensive background in Personal, Business, Life and Health Insurance/Senior Care areas. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University and is a lifelong resident of the Saugatuck/Douglas area. Mark has served his local community for many years by holding several elected and appointed public positions, and is an active supporter of Saugatuck Public Schools. He resides in Saugatuck with his wife, Pati Sue Bekken.

Ingrid joined Saugatuck Harbor Insurance in 2014 and works in personal lines customer service and as agency claims manager. She resides in Laketown Township with her family.
LOWELL A. WINNE, JR.
AGENT
Lowell has been a Michigan licensed insurance agent since 1993 and joined Saugatuck Harbor Insurance in 2004. Lowell sells and services personal, business, life and health insurance. Lowell is a registered athletic official with the Michigan High School Athletic Association officiating all levels of football, as well as boys and girls basketball. Lowell resides in Fennville with his wife Pam.

Keaton, a Saugatuck native, joined Saugatuck Harbor Insurance in 2024. He graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2022, where he held leadership roles within two student organizations: Professional Sales Association and Seidman Investment Portfolio Organization. He has been working in the insurance industry since 2021 and has held licenses for auto, property, health, and life insurance in four different states. He will be primarily focused on commercial business while also being proficient within the personal insurance industry.

Lori joined Saugatuck Harbor Insurance in November of 2025. Lori works in Agency Accounting and Customer Service. Lori is very excited to be working with such an amazing team! An Indiana native, Lori relocated to Michigan in 2020 and resides in Holland with her husband and daughter.

Dawn joined Saugatuck Harbor Insurance in September of 2017. Dawn works as the Agency receptionist and in customer service. She resides in Saugatuck Township with her husband, John, and their 2 children.
